If your reference number is showing 'Your order has not yet been received by the Lab', this could be because:

Your film will not be delivered to the lab unless the full postage is paid, in accordance with the Royal Mail's 'pricing in proportion' policy. This is currently £1.28 per film, per mailer for 1st class postage. Any film with insufficient postage will be returned to the sender before it reaches our lab and this can take up to eight weeks. We therefore recommend using your local post office to weigh and size your mailer, or multiple mailers in a padded envelope.
